How to book an appointment
Patient advisors will provide you with a first point of contact which directs you to the most appropriate source of help. Our reception team who are trained patient advisors will be helping you to access the correct service by asking a few questions of why you need an appointment. This will ensure that you are offered the most appropriate appointment to deal with your problem, this may be with a GP or another member of our practice team, such as healthcare assistant or pharmacist.
The role will help the practice make best use of the services available both at the practice and in the wider community and in doing so indirectly increase the number of available GP appointments so that you can more easily secure an appointment when necessary.
You can, by choice, consult any of the Doctors, provided there is an appointment available. You can make an appointment online, by calling in at reception or telephoning the surgery on 01925 756969.
Urgent cases will be seen the same day.
Same day morning appointments are released at 8am, if you would like a same day afternoon appointment these are released at 2pm. Please note the receptionist's are not able to book these same day appointments before they are released.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. You can now cancel your appointment by text.
