Due to COVID we are experiencing staff shortages and therefore, this may affect contacting the practice. Our team are working extremely hard during these difficult times, both in the practice and working from home to deal with patient queries in a timely and professional manner, as some calls can be complex.  

We have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse and ask you to be kind and respect our staff.
